Harberton Room
Description  This south-facing room offers panoramic views over the surrounding parkland, while French windows lead to a flagstone patio area and manicured gardens. It is named after the Harberton family, who lived in Malone House from 1868 to 1920. Elaborate plasterwork, a beautiful marble fireplace and a wedgewood blue and white colour scheme help to make it a serene and elegant setting for your meeting or event. Whether it’s a team building event, a conference or an anniversary dinner this truly magnificent room is sure to impress.

Harberton Room - Malone House

Hilsborowe Room
Description  Truly the room with a view, the windows of the Hilsborowe Room overlook the rolling meadows of Barnett Demesne. The room also takes its name from a fort which was built on the site of Malone House in the 17th century by Sir Moses Hill. This spacious room and its adjoining annex is perfect for meetings and team work events when set up cabaret style, as well as being an elegant room for dining.

 William Legge Room
Description 

Named after the first owner of Malone House, this room on the ground floor has lots of natural light coming from the skylight and has direct access onto the beautifully manicured gardens at the side of the house.

The room is suitable for small conferences or as a breakout room for a larger event and lends itself well to celebration lunches or evening dinners.

Montgomery Room
Description Named after a former tenant, this upstairs room overlooks the beautiful front gardens and is situated directly opposite the lift facilities.

This room has a warm traditional décor, which lends itself to small family lunch or dinner celebrations. The room can also accommodate small conferences or become a breakout room for larger events.

Equipment

We can provide screens,  flip charts and conference paper and pens as well as a public address system with the use of one microphone on a lead. We can also hire any other audio visual requirements from our local trusted supplier, Sparq, part of the Saville Group. 

Room hire rates

Prices applicable from 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2022.

Minimum booking is two hours at any time. For all bookings a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
